WeaKly QuoTe: Sometimes Weekly, sometimes Weakly, sometimes not so Weakly.

"To me, preparation is the key to success in any endeavor. I have often heard the phrase ‘He [or she] has a great will to win.’ What it should say is, ‘He [or she] has a great will to prepare.’ The greatest athletes are not always the fastest, strongest, or most gifted athletically. The greatest players are those who have the ability to recognize their potential and prepare themselves to meet that potential." LaVell Edwards, BYU Head Football Coach 1972-2000

"An ark is a water vessel with no power or guidance system. The power and  guidance of an ark are provided by God. Thus, it takes great faith to enter an ark and commit oneself to it.  One can only imagine the questions raised or not raised by Noah’s family as they gather the animals, etc, are shut into the ark, and wait upon the Lord. There are other arks in scriptural history. The Jaredites traveled to the promised land in barges that were arks. Moses will begin his life as a baby in a floating basket which was an ark. To some extent we all dwell in arks as we turn our lives over to the Lord, looking to Him and His servants to guide us successfully through this telestial life to the exalted presence of God." Bruce Richardson, Fountain Valley, CA
